My work as an artist is devoted to the exploration of modern day parenthood in all its catastrophe and wonder. 

In an age that all too often ignores and devalues the stories of the everyday, I see my artwork as acts of resistance - an endeavor to create space where children and their families feel seen, understood, and celebrated exactly as they are.

I’m an artist, writer, and mother located in the Appalachian Mountains near Asheville, NC. I am deeply passionate about the lived experiences of children and parents. I believe that parenting is a truly radical act, one that can change the world and that children are our greatest teachers, pointing us back to our true selves.
